As our plane was being taxi'd out of the gate, the mechanics noticed hydraulic fluid leaking from the nose. Taxi'd back in, and after a quick diagnostic, something about a small leak with having to replace the O-ring (which coincidentally was the same part that needed to be replaced at the start of the July trip with US Airways). Hawaiian Air did a really nice job with updates every 15 minutes, while accommodating those who would have a later connecting flight at SFO. Wasn't really bothered by the hour half wait. You know, the whole "arrive alive" thing.

Pleasantly surprised at Orbitz ringing the cel to say they noticed the flight was delayed, and subsequently called my hotel to let them know of my later arrival. Customer service, thumbs up!

Thinking I'm either really lucky or SOL when it comes to airplanes. Whatever the case, glad to not have landed belly down.

Currently waiting for my ride, and kind of falling in hearts with this cozy chilly weather as I curb hang. I thrive in this type of weather. Hello SF, let's have some fun.
