The orange curtain, it's not so bad

Almost last minute HNL to LAX journeys were decided without a second thought, as the main intention was to bear witness to a joining of two kindred souls. There was no hesitation.

Super secret Asian roll-roll-roll packing method, utilized.

Some kick butt Tetris skills within this 640x480.

YOU. WATCH ME.

With a complimentary taco pocket lunch (& snacks provided throughout the flight) and a personal monitor to become acquainted with TV I don't watch (but constantly hear I should), Continental gets a thumbs up.

Passengers on the other hand?

Let's just put it out there that there is nothing like being surrounded by screaming newborns and/or sitting downwind to lactose intolerant kids who downed 3 milkshakes before getting on the plane and fart throughout the entire 5 hour flight. Kids are so precious.

LAX terminal hangs was a very much welcomed environment change.

My mouth would go steady with Sabritones if it could.

Marriott's Residence Inn may not be the fanciest place to lay your head, but it's clean, the beds are comfy, a 15 minute walk to Disneyland, and they feed you free bacon, eggs, and home fries every morning. They had me at "free bacon."

Speaking of Disneyland ...

All day. I have no shame.

Toy Story Mania = best ride.

The "hidden" restaurant inside of the Pirate's ride has great atmosphere. The house specialty, the Monte Cristo, is a deep fried - french toast - jelly dipping mouth full of gorgeousness. Who'd a thunk that ham, turkey, cheese, and fruit jelly would go so well together? Should you ever choose to make a reservation, don't look at the menu - just order the Monte Cristo and get ready for some exciting tongue explosions.

He steals your underwear while you sleep.

The first couple of days was a blend of something fresh and kinda in-between.

Get that, and you & I need to go karaoke'ing together.
